The specialization is addressed to people who deal with management in their jobs as well as to people who want to deal with management in the nearest future, mainly to present and future managers of small and medium-sized companies.

During their studies Management of European Firms students gain knowledge in the following areas:

Companies: Internationalization and Globalization Strategies,
International Marketing,
Foreign Trade Companies` Finances,
Quality Management according to European Standards,
Trade Negotiations and Sales Techniques,
Global Strategy of Companies,
Management of International Corporations,
Utilization of EU Funds by Polish Businessmen.

Professional prospects:

The graduates in Management of European Firms will find jobs in different types of companies. The specialization also prepares them for running their own businesses.
